Questions we get a lot.

Is this a P.O. Box?
No — it's a real street address. That matters because banks, the IRS, the DMV, business registrations, USPS, and most carriers won't deliver to a P.O. Box. With a virtual mailbox you can use 5114 Point Fosdick Dr, Ste F as your real address.
How does it work day-to-day?
Mail arrives at our shop. We log into your account, take a photo of the envelope, and send you a notification. From your phone you tap whichever option you want: scan the contents, forward it to your real location, shred it, or hold it for pickup. That's it.

Yes — many small businesses use a virtual mailbox as their registered business address in Washington. The address is real and our shop is a registered Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA).
What about Amazon, FedEx, and UPS packages?
Same shop, same address. Packages from any carrier arrive here. We'll hold them for pickup or forward them, your choice.
Do I have to come in person to sign up?
Yes — once. The USPS requires Form 1583 to be notarized in person at the receiving location. The good news: our shop has a notary on staff, so the whole signup takes about 15 minutes.
